Boston Scott (April 27, 1995 Baton Rouge, LA) is an American football player. Scott is a native of Zachary, Louisiana. He is currently a Graduate, Student /Athlete on the 2017 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs football team [1]and starts at the position of running back. The La Tech Running Back/Slot Back wears the #6 football jersey. Boston was a Louisiana HS State Champion in Weightlifting[2]. Now Scott is 5' 7" tall and weighs 200 pounds. In his senior season at La Tech, the diminutive running back rushed for 1047 yards on 183 attempts for a 5.7 per attempt average[3]. The La Tech running back amassed 1411 yards overall offense contributing 108.5 yards per game[4] (6.6 yards per play) to La Techs' offense in 2017. Scott was selected by Pro Football Focus' First Team-Offense All Conference USA Team (Rating 88.8)[5]. Boston Scott serves as Louisiana Tech University FCA President [6] ( Fellowship of Christian Athletes ) and was a watch list candidate for the coveted Wuerffel Trophy[7]. Boston attended AAAAA Zachary High School where he wore the #30 football jersey, recognized Iron Horse Winner (Strength and physical excellence), leading rusher and earned local and state honors[8]. Scott can bench press over 425 pounds and squats 625 pounds with a power clean of 370 pounds +[9][10]. Scott plans to go to Medical College after graduating Louisiana Tech University. Boston Scotts' parents are Anthony Scott (Father) and Shelly Scott (Mother).
